| Fermentation Tanks (Uni Tanks)
Fermentation tanks are designed for the stuck fermentation by focusing on controlling parameters like temperature, pH for smooth fermentation.
Features of Fermentation Tanks:
• Cooling duty of 16°C to 0°C in 24-36 hours
• Embossed type cooling jackets ensures high heat transfer coefficients, parallel brine flow, lower pressure drops and low glycol holdup
• Pulse TIG welding technique for less heat input and hence less distortion
• Spot radiography of all weld joints
• Full radiography of weld joints covered by the jacket and dished end |
