| Integrated Fermentation System We offers integrated fermentation system for microbial, cell culture and virus culture fermentation. The scope includes single point responsibility of conceptualizing, designing, fabrication, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and pneumatic installation and commissioning of complete fermentation plant including the upstream, down stream equipment through transfer lines and CIP equipment. These are available with capacity of 20 liters to 150,000 liters.
Applications:
• Microbial culture fermentation (Bacterial, yeast and other such cultures)
• Cell cultures fermentation (Mammalian cells, animal cells & plant cell, virus cultures)
All the fermentation are equipped with technically advanced, agitators having suitable impeller geometry to suit the application
Agitation Options:
• Top mounted, mechanically sealed rush ton turbines, pitch blade turbine, curved blade turbines, hydrofoil impeller for axial flow, split blade turbines etc.
• Bottom mounted mechanically sealed
• Bottom mounted magnetically coupled agitators

Process Vessels And Reactors IDMC manufactures custom designed process vessels, mixing vessels and reacrtors suitable for production of API, liquid oral formulations, intravenous fluid line, injectables and other health care products.

| Water Purification System And WFI System We offer a single umbrella solution from pretreatment, generation to distribution of the purified water and water for injection till the end user point.
Generation of purified water, high purified water, water for injection as per USP/EP regulations require several treatment steps to follow such as:
• Pretreatment : To remove impurities like particulates, inorganic matter, micro-organism, dissolved oxygen
• Ultra filtration : When used in pre-treatment it removes colloids & large organic molecules and when used in post-treatment it reduces the bacterial load
• Reverse Osmosis : This is the best level of membrane separation, rejecting typically 98 – 99 %
• Electro-de-ionization : It is the final polishing unit that gives conductivity < 1.3 µS/cm
• UV irradiation : Helps in effective microbial control
Features of purified water generation system:
• Purified water as per USP monograph
• Automatic hot water sanitization
• Weld inspection
• Pre-validation as per client/regulatory standards
• Water for injection and Pure steam generation system.
WFI stills are essential part of IV fluids, injectable vaccine and liquid oral formulation plants. These third generation multi effect stills have following features:
• Contact part in SS 316L/SS 316 and non contact part in SS 304.
• Electro-polished crevices free inner contact surfaces
• Double tube sheet construction for first column.
• Synoptic panel board with facility for data logging.
• Automatic operation in accordance with pure steam demand.
• Baffle separation section keeping the water drops from the water surface down.
• Low steam velocity section where droplets are allowed to fall back to the water.
• Cyclone separation to protect & polish the quality of product.
Applications of WFI system:
• Pure pathogen free sterile steam for sterilization.
• Production of WFI quality water
• Suitable for humidification of sterile areas. |
