| SS Sanitary Process Pumps We manufacture SS sanitary process pumps/sanitary mono block centrifugal pumps with all liquid contact parts in SS 316 fitted with single internal/external mechanical seal with different face combination, adjustable ball feet, SMS ports and stainless steel shroud for motor. Pumps are available in open and closed impeller.
Pumps can also be supplied with following options as per customer specific requirements:
• Flame Proof motor
• Tri clamp, IDF, DIN, Flanged ports
• Electro polishing of liquid contact parts
• Various seal face combination and executions
• Various port sizes |

SS Sanitary Self Priming Pumps Sanitary self priming pumps are capable of handling a wide range of clear liquids including fruit juice, milk, whey, sugar solutions, brine, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), chemical and pharmaceutical products, edible oils, liquids two, containing air bubbles or foam etc. The side-channel axial flow self-priming pumps need to be filled with the handled liquid only at start-up. It is widely used as CIP return pump.
All wetted parts are made with AISI 316L/316 food grade Stainless Steel. The mechanical seal components are available in a wide range of materials to be selected according to the nature of the handled product and the operating conditions. |
